Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases of digital mock-test access.

Because digital mock-test access is supplied immediately after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once access is activated, except where required by law or in the situations below.
Eligible situations
We review requests involving a duplicate charge, a successful payment that did not activate access, or a persistent technical issue that prevents use and cannot be resolved through support.
Not normally eligible
Refunds are not normally provided for a change of mind, an uncompleted test, dissatisfaction with a score, deleted cookies, switching devices, or misunderstanding an official examination's eligibility or schedule.
Requesting help
Use the support channel on your payment receipt. Include the transaction reference, purchase date, product, and a short description. Never send a card number, UPI PIN, or banking password.
Processing
Approved refunds return through the original payment method. Provider processing times vary. A request does not guarantee approval, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
